The Interact Club from Thomaston High School hosted a Teacher vs. Student Lip Sync Battle.  This event was loads of fun, but it also served a purpose. By the end of the event, the cub raised $900 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society! Proving that serving your community can be a blast.

We would like thank Dave Mangs, newly elected District 7890 Governor, for visiting our club this past Thursday. It was great to have him there to participate in the installation of our Club President and Board of Directors.

Thanks to the generosity of several Rotary Members, including Frank Wargo, our District 7890 Governor, we were able to install a Pirate Ship Playscape in Nystrom Park. The project was delayed by weather, but a few sunny days, cooperation with the CT Department of Transportation, and the volunteers from our dedicated club brought our project to completion.
