The Rotary Leadership Institute is coming to Springfield, MA on Saturday, November 12th! RLI has not been held in our district for several years due to the pandemic. I am so excited to announce it is back and better than ever! Rotary Leadership Institute is an excellent program for every Rotarian, especially passionate new members.
The day will consist of discussion about all areas of Rotary including:
- Leadership in Rotary
- My Rotary World
- Ethics and Vocational Service
- The Rotary Foundation
- Engaging Members
- Service Projects
- MUCH, MUCH, MORE
What is the Rotary Leadership Institute?
- A leadership and development program to strengthen Rotary clubs through education, collaboration and the exchange of ideas among its future leaders.
- A three-part curriculum facilitated by experienced, trained faculty members engaging participants through open discussion, problem solving and creative role-play.
- Rotary International recommends Rotary Leadership Institute for new and seasoned members. RLI and RI are collaborating to write the “History of Rotary”. Over 360 districts throughout the world now offer RLI to their members.
