The Thomaston High School Interact Club invites members of the Thomaston Rotary Club to volunteer during this day of service.
Below is a list of activities that THS has planned for the Day of Service on November 6, 2024. The information below was shared verbally by Cristina during the October 17, 2024 Rotary Meeting. Flyers with this information will be displayed during Rotary Meetings through the day of the event.
On Campus (at THS)
- THS Beautification - raking, cleaning flower beds, cleaning/prepping greenhouse for Science Club fundraiser, Nature Center trail clean-up
- Fishing Club Bottle Drive - organize bottles and bag for fundraiser
- Auditorium Clean-Up - organize and clean the back room that Drama Club uses, as well as the closets across from Counseling office
- Learning Commons (school library)/English/Language Arts closet clean-up - Organize and clean both locations
- Susan B. Anthony Food/Supply drive - put together boxes and individual bags for residents
- Boxes for Active Military - Preparing boxes to be mailed
Off Campus
- Thomaston Beautification Committee - Keeney Park/Veterans Park cleanup
- Thomaston Little League - Reeves field clean-up/preparation for winter
- Landmark Theater - Clean/organize Opera House
