A Creative Aging in Connecticut Program This class is designed for those age 55 and over who would like to get their own stories down on pap er. Through writing exercises and discussion\, students will delve into th e themes\, times\, places\, and people of their lives. From this material\ , stories will be developed. Students will learn what makes a story a memo ir\, how to identify themes and stories from their own lives\, the craft o f writing scenes\, how to revise and edit\, and how to effectively share t heir work with others. Each student will develop at least one story during class time. This is a cumulative program and participants are encourage d to attend all classes.  This class is limited to 15 people and regis tration is required before the start of the third class.
